Job summary

FNB is seeking a Business Management Consultant / Broker Consultant to build lasting relationships with Independent Financial Advisors in KwaZulu-Natal, Durban. You will train advisors and drive adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions, delivering value and expert guidance.

You should have Matric, an NQF 5 qualification, 3–5 years broker consulting experience in investments/IFA, and at least 3 years Life Assurance experience, with travel locally to support advisors.

Qualifications

Matric with NQF 5 qualification.
3–5 years Broker Consulting experience in Investments/IFA environments.
3+ years Life Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and FirstRand solutions.
Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
