In this role, you will:

• Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.

You're an ideal candidate if you have:

• Minimum Requirements Matric NQF 5 qualification 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment 3+ years Life Assurance experience
• Key Skills Financial Services & Long-Term Risk Insurance Adviser Distribution Business Development Relationship Management Sales & Negotiation Product Presentations & Training IFA Relationship Management Product & Quote Analysis Underwriting Engagement Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial and sales acumen Client-centric approach Strong attention to detail Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Willingness to travel locally Technical understanding of the advisor process in the insurance industry
