Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Special Needs Education or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working directly with students with special needs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting students in Paarl.
