Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of internal sales experience in the IT/ICT sector.
• 1 year or less knowledge of Fincon System.
• 1-3 years in an IT-related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive email and telephonic inquiries.
• Quote as required within 4 hours of receiving inquiry.
• Follow up on quotes and process sales orders.
• Call allocated customer base regularly.
• Cold call/acquire new clients.
• Attend all sales and product training.
• Complete daily customer call log sheets.
• Update customer database regularly.
• Create sales plan approach for major customers.
