Placements24 is seeking a Youth Development Program Manager to design and lead youth initiatives in Gauteng. You will oversee strategic planning, implement programs, and evaluate impact while coordinating with schools and partners.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on community work in a hybrid setup, focusing on education, career readiness and personal development for youth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Youth Development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership and strategy.
• Minimum 5 years managing youth development programs and teams.
• Proven track record in program implementation and evaluation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgets and financial oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive youth development programs.
• Oversee program budgets and resource allocation.
• Build relationships with schools and community partners.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Monitor outcomes and use data to drive improvements.
