Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations management.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory, manage orders and optimize space.
• Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with inventory, transport and customer service teams.
• Plan and schedule workforce to meet demand.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and implement discrepancy controls.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse operations team to meet targets.
