You will collaborate with drivers and internal teams, maintain documentation, monitor performance, and uphold safety standards in a hybrid work environment that blends on-site oversight with flexible admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily flow of goods, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
