Placements24 is seeking a diligent Logistics Clerk to support the operations team in a hybrid Mahikeng setup. The role focuses on administrative logistics tasks, data entry, and documentation processing to keep the supply chain moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organization, and excellent communication skills; experience in logistics administration is a plus. This position offers home-office flexibility alongside in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in an administrative or logistics support role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Enter logistics data into the company's tracking systems and databases.
• Assist in coordinating with carriers and internal teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and provide necessary information.
• Maintain organized records of all logistics documentation.
• Support the logistics team with various administrative tasks as needed.
