Placements24 is seeking a Junior Telecom Sales Representative in Centurion to grow the client base and promote telecom products and services. The hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility to manage your territory effectively while building relationships with potential and existing clients.

You will identify opportunities through cold calling, networking and social channels, present solutions, prepare proposals, and work with the sales support team to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field, preferably within telecommunications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and social media within the telecoms sector.
• Present and demonstrate features and benefits of telecom solutions to potential customers.
• Develop understanding of product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
