Placements24 is actively seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant in Vereeniging, Gauteng, to focus on engineering and manufacturing sectors. This hybrid role blends remote work with on-site client meetings and team collaboration, offering exposure from technicians to senior engineers and production managers.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, conduct assessments, and build strong client relationships while contributing to business development and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a clear focus on Engineering or Manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering disciplines and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to source and attract skilled technical professionals.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and business development aptitude.
• Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office tasks.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or HR is a plus.
