WatersEdge Solutions is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, driving delivery structures, governance, and measurable outcomes.

In this role you’ll manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear timelines. The environment blends Agile practices with formal project controls, delivering against ambitious commitments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and governance.
• Hands-on with RAID logs, dependency management and change control.
• Proficient in Jira or similar tools and delivering status reports.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of technology project delivery from initiation through to completion.
• Define delivery approaches, governance structures and project methodologies.
• Establish timelines, milestones and phase gates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across different teams and stakeholder groups.
• Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
