• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technical and business units.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Oversee data migration, system implementation, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Ensure quality delivery through testing, governance, and execution control.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance processes.

• Drive change management and ensure successful user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and security requirements.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education

• Degree in a relevant field (Honours or equivalent preferred)

Experience

• 8‑10 years’ experience delivering complex IT or engineering projects
• Minimum 5 years in a senior project management or programme management role
• Proven experience managing large‑scale transformation or platform projects
• Experience managing significant project budgets and cross‑functional teams

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and platform implementation
• Understanding of non‑functional requirements (performance, security, resilience)
• Experience managing multi‑team, multi‑system environments

Advantageous

• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance
• Exposure to enterprise system implementations or modernisation programmes
