Job summary

The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure delivery meets quality and regulatory standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years in tech project management, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, Business Admin, or related fields.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile) are advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience managing technology, payment, or fintech projects.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple simultaneous technology projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Development, BA/DA, QA, Operations, and Client Success.
• Ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, project kick-offs, UAT coordination, and implementation planning.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, minutes, specifications, status updates).
• Provide weekly progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering teams.
