Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join its integrated team in a hybrid work environment. You will analyze end-to-end logistics, identify opportunities for lean improvements, and implement data-driven solutions to reduce lead times and costs.

You will collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to forecast demand and balance inventory with service levels, using planning software and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Proficient in supply chain planning software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions using lean principles and data analytics.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilize supply chain planning software and analytical tools to forecast demand and manage supply.
• Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
