Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Software Engineering - Application Support Engineer for a 3-month contract, hybrid in Johannesburg. You will manage ongoing application support for core workforce platforms, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in Workforce Software (WFS/ADP), ITIL-aligned incident handling, and experience with SAP AMS integrations; you will collaborate with SAP AMS teams and vendors, driving automation and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workforce Software (WFS/ADP) functional and/or technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling and time & attendance processes.
• Proven ITIL-aligned incident, service request and change request handling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WFS incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Support business users on workforce scheduling, time, and attendance queries.
• Execute configuration changes and enhancements with impact analysis, testing, and documentation.
