Qualifications
- 3+ years' Workforce Software (WFS) experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and WFS configuration.
- AMS/Application Support experience.
- Experience with incident, change, and service request management.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to SAP environments and ITIL practices is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Support Workforce Scheduling and Time & Attendance processes.
- Deliver configuration changes and system enhancements.
- Monitor integrations, system performance, and stability.
- Perform testing and support releases.
- Partner with business users, SAP teams, and vendors.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
