Job summary

Opensource in Midrand, Gauteng, is seeking a skilled Workforce Software specialist to support scheduling, time and attendance, and AMS environments. You will handle incidents, changes, and service requests, deliver configuration updates, and work with SAP teams and vendors to maintain system reliability.

The role emphasizes proactive troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and automation initiatives to improve workforce operations in a busy enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' Workforce Software (WFS) experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and WFS configuration.
• AMS/Application Support experience.
• Experience with incident, change, and service request management.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to SAP environments and ITIL practices is advantageous.
