Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking experienced SAP professionals for 2nd Level SAP application support and maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting incidents, debugging, and providing solutions for S/4HANA and ECC6 environments within a structured enterprise setting.

Candidates should have 6+ years of SAP configuration and functional consulting experience, ABAP debugging skills, SAP certification, and the ability to work across SAP modules. Hybrid work from home 3 days per week is offered.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of SAP configuration and functional consulting experience.
• ABAP debugging experience is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC6 environments.
• Ability to support multiple SAP modules and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in enterprise SAP environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience supporting both business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd Level SAP application support and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot SAP incidents and provide solutions/workarounds.
• Bug fixing, troubleshooting and debugging SAP functionality.
• Record and document problem-solving activities in ticketing system.
• Perform root cause analysis and escalation as needed.
• Provide user training and support; assist 1st/3rd Level teams.
• Collaborate across modules and support broader SAP environment.
• Assist with new releases and process training.
