Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Social Work with SACSSP registration.
• Proven community development experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and travel within the province.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community needs assessments and develop strategic plans for social development initiatives.
• Provide counselling and support to individuals and families facing social challenges.
• Facilitate community dialogue, group work, and participatory development processes.
• Advocate for community members' rights and access to services and resources.
• Develop and implement programs focused on education, skills development, and economic empowerment.
• Collaborate with local government, NGOs, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships and resource mobilization.
• Maintain accurate case records and produce regular reports on program activities and outcomes.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
