About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Social Worker to join their team in Mahikeng, North West , with a focus on community development and empowerment. This role is integral to identifying community needs, developing targeted interventions, and fostering sustainable solutions. You will work closely with individuals, families, and community groups to build capacity, advocate for resources, and promote social well-being. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for essential fieldwork within the Mahikeng area combined with remote administrative and planning responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of community dynamics, social challenges, and development frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse community groups.
• Strong report writing and case management skills.
