You will head PV system sizing, energy yield analysis, feasibility studies, and documentation, while collaborating with project managers, procurement, and construction teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing utility-scale solar projects.
• Proficiency with PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope and solar/energy simulation tools.
• Knowledge of grid interconnection standards and applicable regulations.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV system design, sizing, and energy yield analysis.
• Perform feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Prepare technical specs, drawings, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and builders.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure high-quality output.
