Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Manufacturing/Engineering)
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations management
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
• Budgeting and cost control responsibilities
• Strong quality, health & safety knowledge in industrial settings
• Hybrid role experience with on-site leadership
• Experience with ERP/MES systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production flow and schedules
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve output, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead production teams with training, performance management, and development
• Maintain quality management systems (ISO) to ensure product integrity
• Optimize supply chain and inventory for timely materials and finished goods
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenditures
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams on new introductions and process improvements
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management
