You will ensure accurate vendor invoicing, optimize AP workflows, and collaborate with the finance team to support month-end close.

Qualifications

• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years in accounts payable with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Pastel and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of AP principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Code and enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies and are properly authorized.
• Process employee expense reports and enforce travel policies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in monthly AP aging reports and cash flow projections.
• Identify process improvements to enhance AP efficiency.
• Maintain vendor master files with up-to-date information.
• Support month-end and year-end closing for AP.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments.
