• Minimum 3 years in accounts payable.

• Proficient in Pastel or SAP Business One.

Responsabilidades

• Process high volume vendor invoices.
• Verify invoices against POs and receipts.
• Ensure all invoices are properly authorized and coded.
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly payment runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vendor files.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing related to AP.
• Support audits with necessary docs.
• Identify process improvements within AP.
