Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and delivering security awareness training.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity basics, phishing and social engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver security awareness training content (presentations, e-learning, workshops).
• Design and run security awareness campaigns throughout the year.
• Create phishing simulations and awareness exercises.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Stay updated on social engineering tactics and threats.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure accuracy.
• Track participation and mandatory training completion.
• Communicate best practices via newsletters and intranet.
