Placements24 in East London is seeking a Security Awareness Trainer to educate our workforce on cybersecurity best practices and cultivate a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.

You will develop and deliver training programs, create educational materials, conduct phishing simulations, monitor effectiveness, and stay up to date with threats. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-person sessions and remote collaboration to strengthen East London’s security posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness training or related field.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; strong communication.
• Experience with phishing simulations and training content development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and documentation.
• Conduct phishing simulations and analyze results to gauge employee susceptibility.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and best practices to inform training content.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives.
• Advise on strategies to improve security culture and employee behavior.
