Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support multiple retail locations in Centurion. This hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with remote work, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and assisting with audits and reporting to optimize retail efficiency.

The role requires at least 2 years in a retail operations or administrative setting, excellent organizational skills, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail operations, administrative, or coordinator role.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
• Experience with retail management software or inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations, including managing schedules, processing paperwork, and resolving operational issues.
• Support inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels, coordinating transfers, and assisting with audits.
• Prepare reports on store performance, sales data, and operational metrics for management review.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely service.
• Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and company policies across retail locations.
• Provide administrative support to store managers and regional managers, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
