About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operations Supervisor to support the smooth functioning of their retail outlets in and around Centurion . This role is hybrid, requiring a blend of on-site supervision and remote coordination to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards. You will work closely with store managers and operational teams to implement best practices, optimize workflows, and maintain a high level of operational performance across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong operational background in retail to contribute to the strategic success of the business in the Centurion area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards across designated stores.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, implement stock control procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to support teams remotely and on-site in Centurion.
