Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering or QA roles.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards; CAPA management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS (ISO 9001) per standards.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and lead CAPA processes.
• Collaborate across R&D, production, and other departments.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs.
• Manage quality documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
