Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a leading global money transfer service, seeks a QA Analyst to ensure quality and reliability of software across the SDLC. You will design and run test cases, manage defects, and work with developers, BAs, product owners, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

Applicants should have IT-related education, QA experience, and familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps within an Agile environment. Hybrid work schedule and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/CS/BI degree or diploma is advantageous.
• Experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience drafting and executing test cases and documenting defects.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute test cases based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing.
• Identify risks, gaps, and testing scenarios from business needs.
• Document and track defects; validate fixes and retest.
• Create and maintain test data, environments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and ops teams.
• Participate in sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
• Provide input on system usability, performance, and quality.
