Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Client Liaison Officer in Paarl, Western Cape, to maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support property operations with clear communication and proactive service.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of property management, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of property management and tenant/landlord relations.
• Proficiency in property management software and standard office apps.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners, tenants and service providers, managing channels.
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints and requests related to maintenance and leases.
• Coordinate with owners and tenants for clear, prompt actions and updates.
• Work with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist in preparing and distributing lease agreements, notices and docs.
• Conduct property inspections and provide owner/tenant feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, property details, and service requests.
• Identify issues early and implement solutions to maintain tenant satisfaction and upkeep.
• Support the leasing team with information and viewing facilitation.
• Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
