Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of property management and tenant/landlord relations.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in South Africa; hybrid on-site in Paarl.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and service providers, managing communication channels effectively.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests related to property maintenance, leases, and services.
• Facilitate communication between property owners and tenants, ensuring clarity and prompt action.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of property issues.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of lease agreements, notices, and other property-related documents.
• Conduct property inspections and provide feedback to owners and tenants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property details, and service requests in the management system.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to ensure tenant satisfaction and property upkeep.
• Support the leasing team by providing information and facilitating viewings when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations.
