The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong analytical skills, and expertise in BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma. Collaboration with IT and operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with focus on business process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency and cost reductions.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies and regulatory awareness.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document new processes aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process changes effectively.
• Monitor KPIs, report outcomes to stakeholders and adjust as needed.
• Facilitate change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for successful integration.
• Create training materials and support teams impacted by changes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
