Placements24 is seeking an organized Project Manager to lead IT system implementations in East London. You will coordinate IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to plan timelines, manage budgets, and ensure successful rollouts with smooth user adoption.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT project management, understands lifecycles from planning to post-implementation review, and holds a degree in IT or CS with PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management with IT system implementations (ERP, CRM, or custom software).
• Experience managing multiple IT implementation projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and deployment methodologies.
• Degree in IT/CS or related field; PMP or Agile certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT implementation projects, from planning to post-implementation review.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate activities between internal IT teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure successful system deployment, configuration, testing, and user training.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
