The role requires a strong electrical engineering background, 5+ years in energy/project engineering, and experience with battery tech, inverters, and grid integration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within the energy sector, with a focus on energy storage systems.
• Solid understanding of battery technologies (e.g., Li-ion), power conversion systems, and grid integration principles.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the technical aspects of energy storage system projects from conception through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, technical requirements, and specifications.
• Review and approve engineering designs, equipment selections, and supplier proposals for ESS projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of ESS hardware and software components.
• Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system issues.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant safety standards, electrical codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
