Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory liaison, with a focus on local market dynamics. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Experience managing multiple development projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of development projects from planning to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Manage tendering, contract negotiation, and performance of contractors.
• Identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Liaise with authorities to secure approvals and permits.
• Provide regular project status updates to management.
