You will coordinate activities, manage resources, and communicate with beneficiaries and partners, supporting program managers and fundraising efforts in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or program support role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of social impact programs.
• Coordinate program logistics, scheduling meetings, managing participant registration, and preparing materials.
• Maintain accurate program records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with program participants, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Provide administrative support, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
• Support the fundraising and grant application processes as needed.
