Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of program management or community development experience.
• Strong understanding of development principles and M&E frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community development projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify project opportunities and challenges.
• Develop project work plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate community participation and ensure project activities are inclusive and responsive to local needs.
• Monitor project progress, collect data, and prepare regular progress reports for management and donors.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations.
