Qualifications

• Previous experience in program support, administration, or community work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of community programs and events.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Serve as a point of contact for program participants, answering inquiries and providing information.
• Help in recruiting and managing volunteers for program activities.
• Gather feedback from participants and assist in program evaluation.
• Support outreach efforts to inform the community about available programs and services in Upington.
