Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in chemical production or process engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing chemical processes in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control chemical production processes to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend actions.
• Assist in training and development of plant operators and junior engineers.
• Participate in process hazard analyses and safety reviews.
• Manage small-scale process modification projects.
