Job summary

• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data from process control systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize batch chemical manufacturing processes for yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support the scale-up and validation of new fine chemical products and processes.
• Develop and update SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Monitor key process parameters and ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Collaborate with QA to address deviations and ensure cGMP compliance where applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Participate in PHAs and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in process performance reporting.
