Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Management Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to partner with clients in Paarl, Western Cape. The role emphasizes analyzing current workflows, reducing waste, and redesigning processes for measurable gains.

You will lead workshops, map processes, and support implementation with a hybrid work approach and client-facing delivery. A background in Lean/Six Sigma and PMP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business process improvement (BPI), operational excellence, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping and modeling techniques.
• Excellent understanding of BPI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, suitable for hybrid work environments.
• A relevant bachelor's degree; certifications in PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes to identify performance gaps and areas for optimization.
• Design and document improved business processes, incorporating best practices and technological advancements.
• Develop implementation plans and support clients in executing process changes effectively.
• Utilize process mapping tools and data analysis to quantify the impact of proposed improvements.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure buy-in for process redesign initiatives.
