• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in business process analysis, re-engineering or operational improvement consulting.
• Strong understanding of process mapping tools, Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes across departments.
• Map current state processes and identify deviations, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement.
• Design and document future state processes incorporating best practices and technology solutions.
• Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Measure and monitor process performance, providing ongoing recommendations for optimization.
