Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management consulting, strong analytical skills, and experience with Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or similar operations role.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes across functions to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized workflows and recommend technology solutions.
• Develop implementation plans and support clients in executing improvements.
• Conduct data analysis to quantify impact and measure KPIs.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure adoption and provide ongoing support.
