Job summary

MB Digital is seeking a part-time E-Commerce Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will oversee how the site works, looks and functions, including setting up sales, building landing pages, designing customer journeys, blog uploads and managing banners on WordPress and WooCommerce.

This role suits a problem-solver who is detail oriented, understands marketing cycles, and can handle a runway of work effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing an e-commerce website (WooCommerce, Shopify or similar).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce UX and customer journeys.
• Experience setting up coupons, sale schedules and discount plugins.

Responsibilities

• Campaign and promotion execution: build landing pages in Elementor from banners and briefs; set up sale prices and bundles in WooCommerce; tag and categorise products; schedule pages and prices for launch.
• Store management: maintain product listings; run bulk imports/exports; keep navigation and homepage current; manage WordPress/WooCommerce updates.
• Site stability and user experience: monitor and fix broken pages, checkout errors and slow loads; test customer journeys end-to-end; recommend UX/conversion improvements; collaborate with dev/hosting teams.
