You will manage the NOC team, oversee network operations, develop policies, budget, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with engineering and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in telecommunications network operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• In‑depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS), network infrastructure, and telecommunications technologies.
• Proven experience with network monitoring tools, performance analysis, and fault management systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills; ITIL familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Oversee the daily operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for network monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Manage network capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments, including engineering and customer support, to address network issues and implement changes.
• Develop and manage the operational budget for the NOC and related infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and security protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Mentor and develop NOC staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on network performance, incidents, and operational status to senior management.
