Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit or underground mining operations.
• Strong understanding of mining methods, equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and material handling.
• Develop and implement mine designs and production plans to meet targets safely.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Coordinate mining crews and equipment operators.
• Utilize mine planning software for design, simulation and tracking.
