Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including tracking software and CRM databases.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks both remotely and in the office.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Upington, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery times, and service information via phone, email, and internal messaging systems.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or misplacements.
• Process service requests, including booking pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update shipment statuses in the company's tracking system.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to facilitate efficient operations.
• Provide information on company policies, pricing, and service offerings.
