Qualifications

Proven experience in a Warehouse Administrator or similar clerical role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, including inventory logs and shipment details.
Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation and data entry into the WMS.
Coordinate with transport providers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
Assist with customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Prepare reports on warehouse activities, such as stock levels and delivery performance.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless information flow regarding inventory and logistics.
