Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Warehouse Administrator for our Mahikeng, North West hub. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, processing stock documentation, and supporting warehouse and logistics teams to keep information flowing smoothly.

You will contribute to the efficiency of our FMCG distribution center, working in a hybrid setup that balances office and on-site tasks. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a similar role and strong MS Office/WMS skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a logistics qualification is a plus.
• 1–3 years in warehouse administration, logistics support, or similar admin role in FMCG preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and WMS software; strong data-entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Process incoming/outgoing stock documentation (receiving reports, dispatch notes).
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order status.
